Operating Month definition
Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.
Operating Month means any month in which Carrier transports Crude Petroleum. Examples of Operating Month in a sentence
The Contractor shall use its records to prepare reports that accurately summarize the scale house data concerning the County’s deliveries for each Operating Day, Operating Month and Operating Year.
After each Operating Month, the County shall pay Service Fees to the Contractor in the amount and in the manner specified in this Agreement.
The monthly reports shall be submitted to the County within fifteen (15) Operating Days after the end of each Operating Month.
The decision of the County Manager shall be final and non-appealable, unless the amount of the administrative charge in any Operating Month will exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
If the administrative charge in one Operating Month exceeds this amount, the Contractor may use the dispute resolution procedures in Section 17.7, below.
More Definitions of Operating Month
Operating Month as herein used means any month in which Carrier transports NGLs. For purpose hereof, the month shall be deemed to begin on the first day of such month at 0000 hours until the first day of the succeeding month at 0000 hours (Eastern Standard or Eastern Daylight Savings Time in Philadelphia, PA, whichever is in effect on the date specified).
Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports VGO or recognizes and records a change in ownership of VGO for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.
