The Contractor shall use its records to prepare reports that accurately summarize the scale house data concerning the County’s deliveries for each Operating Day, Operating Month and Operating Year.
After each Operating Month, the County shall pay Service Fees to the Contractor in the amount and in the manner specified in this Agreement.
The monthly reports shall be submitted to the County within fifteen (15) Operating Days after the end of each Operating Month.
The decision of the County Manager shall be final and non-appealable, unless the amount of the administrative charge in any Operating Month will exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
If the administrative charge in one Operating Month exceeds this amount, the Contractor may use the dispute resolution procedures in Section 17.7, below.
