Examples of Operating Reports in a sentence

  • Annual Operating Reports shall be submitted in a form substantially similar to Exhibit S to this Agreement, as may be modified by NYSERDA from time to time.

Other Managed Resorts – those hotels and casinos, time-share, interval ownership facilities, vacation clubs, and other lodging facilities and residences that are owned and/or Operated by Manager or its Affiliates under the Brand, other brands of HOC and its Affiliates, third-party brand or no brand. Out-of-Pocket Expenses – the reasonable out-of-pocket costs (with no ▇▇▇▇-up or profit to Manager) incurred by Manager or its Affiliates in performing its services under this Agreement, including air and ground transportation, meals, lodging, taxis, gratuities, document reproduction, printing, promotional materials, stationery, postage, long-distance telephone calls and facsimiles. Related to Operating Reports

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Engineering Report means the Initial Engineering Report and each engineering report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.
