Operating Schedule definition

Operating Schedule means a document containing a statement of the following matters (and any others that may be prescribed): -
Operating Schedule means those time periods where the Site is allowed to receive recyclable materials in accordance with the authorization to operate.
Operating Schedule means the schedule contained in the Club Premises Licence governing the scope of the Club’s activities under the Licensing Act 2003.

More Definitions of Operating Schedule

Operating Schedule means those time periods where the site is allowed to receive recyclable materials in accordance with the authorization to operate. “Proposal Forms” mean those forms that must be used by all Proposers to set forth the prices for services to be provided under the Contract.

"Share Interest" means a party's percentage of share interest in the JVC as adjusted from time to time. "Subsidiaries" means any individual, partnership, joint venture, companies or any other business entities controlled directly or indirectly by a Party. "Work Days" means all the days in a year less Saturdays, Sundays and the Chinese Statutory Holidays. CHAPTER 3
Operating Schedule means the manner in which the Facility is designed to be operated, as designated in the Interconnection Application materials, including the amount of export, the times of year, hours of the day and other relevant conditions.
