Equipment An all-inclusive term which refers either to individual Machines or to a complete Data Processing System or Subsystem, including its Hardware and Operating Software (if any).
Antivirus Software, E-mail / Collaborative Software, Infrastructure Management Software, Operating Software, and Utility / Monitoring & Management Software used in the operation of Utility Servers.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, this item shall constitute Operating Software under this Agreement.
