Operational Metrics definition

Operational Metrics means non-financial objectives established by each Business Unit that are critical to the function and success of the business.
Operational Metrics means the operational or other metrics that the O&C Committee elects to apply in determining the Final Funding Percentage for a particular Plan Year.
Operational Metrics means those metrics set forth in Section 5.4(f) of Appendix 2 (Toll Rate Setting). "Performance Requirements" is defined in Section 8 (Change in Toll System Technology). "Personnel Oversight Costs" is defined in Section 28 (Transaction Fee).

  • Customer grants to SuccessionHR an irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, and royalty-free right to collect, analyze and use Operational Metrics relating to its delivery of services that may be in part derived from, or related to, the Customer Data, including the generation of reports for internal, external, and public use, and to use Operational Metrics for SuccessionHR’s internal business purposes.

Operational Metrics means: (a) all traffic data, cryptographically-hashed samples of Customer Log Files, clickstream information, logged snippets of transmitted Customer Content, IP-trust scores, and other server activity data collected by Cloudflare in the course of performing the Service; and (b) all analytical products derived therefrom. Operational Metrics are not Customer-identifiable.
