Operational Performance definition

Operational Performance means the Company’s achievement of the Operational Performance Goals during the Operational Performance Period.

Related to Operational Performance

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 10 December 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;
