Operational Suitability Data definition

Operational Suitability Data means the set of data required to be established by aircraft manufacturers and approved under EASA Part 21.A.15 d) of Regulation (EU) No 748/2012. Operational Suitability Data is approved as part of the type certificate issued by the European Union Technical Agent to support type specific operational aspects for which the type certificate holder is responsible.
Operational Suitability Data. (or “OSD”) means the required set of data to support and allow the type-specific operational aspects of certain types of aircraft. It consists of the following:
Operational Suitability Data means the required set of data to support and allow the type- specific operational aspects of certain types of aircraft that are regulated under the regulatory system for civil aviation safety of the European Union. It must be designed by the type certificate applicant or holder for the aircraft and be part of the type certificate. Under the regulatory system for civil aviation safety of the European Union, an initial application for a type certificate or restricted type certificate shall include, or be subsequently supplemented by, the application for approval of operational suitability data, as applicable to the aircraft type;

Related to Operational Suitability Data

  • Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;
