Operations Group definition

Operations Group means the Executives who are identified on Exhibit A as being members of such group.
Operations Group means the River Management Team Operations Group described in section 5.2.
Operations Group means, collectively, a group of professionals employed or retained by the General Partner, the Management Company or an affiliate thereof or successor thereto to provide services to the Partnership, the Parallel Fund, the Alternative Investment Vehicles and/or their respective portfolio investments (including serving as a director on the board of directors or similar governing body of a Portfolio Investment) and/or to support the Management Company, the General Partner and/or their respective investment professionals in connection with their investment activities on behalf of the Partnership, the Parallel Fund and the Alternative Investment Vehicles.

  • Operations Plan means the document by which PURCHASER notifies STATE of the plans and schedule for completing the operations described in the contract. It also contains the names of the subcontractors, PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives, and STATE's Authorized Representatives. Permit means any permit required by a federal, state, or local government agency before operations under this contract may lawfully begin or continue. Permit includes an incidental take permit under the federal Endangered Species Act.

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.
