If the Customer does not return the equipment or the equipment is lost or damaged upon return, the Company will charge the Customer (i) HK$1,500 for Optical Network Terminal and/or (ii) HK$100 for Adaptor and/or (iii) HK$50 for Fibre Patch Cord; or (iv) HK$1,650 for full set of Optical Network Terminal, Adaptor and Fibre Patch Cord; or (v) such other charges at such rates as specified by the Company from time to time.
The Standard Installation shall be performed within seven (7) business days after the placement of the Optical Network Terminal (“ONT”) on the customer’s premises or within seven (7) business days after an order is placed if the ONT is already installed on the customer’s premises.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer shall remain liable to pay for the Services until the Optical Network Terminal (including the patch cable and power adaptor) is returned to ViewQwest.
Furthermore, as the owner of the premises at which the Services are provided, Customer will, upon request, grant to VIBRANT a perpetual easement without charge to enter and to construct, install, maintain, inspect, replace and/or remove VIBRANT’s Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), Optical Network Terminal (ONT), fiber optic lines and all other Equipment necessary to provide Services to Customer and others.
GTA will provide you certain equipment, such as a modem, gateway, or Optical Network Terminal (ONT) (all of which is herein collectively referred to as "Customer Premise Equipment," or CPE) which may be required for broadband and digital television services.
