  • Promptly after the Option Determination Date, the Depositary shall give the holders of such convertible securities, rights, options or warrants notice (a "Determination Date Notice") of the event giving rise to the Option Determination Date (i.e., the Option Closing or Option Expiration Date), which Determination Date Notice shall be in the form provided by the Company to the Depositary.
