Optional Interconnection definition

Optional Interconnection. Study shall mean a sensitivity analysis based on assumptions specified by the Developer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.
Optional Interconnection. Study shall mean a study conducted by or on behalf of IPA for Interconnection Customer in accordance with and as described in the Interconnection Procedures. Party or Parties shall mean IPA, Interconnection Customer or both. Point of Interconnection shall mean the point described as the point of interconnection under the heading “POINT OF INTERCONNECTION” of Appendix A to this Agreement.
Optional Interconnection. StudyOutage Start Date shall mean a sensitivity analysis based on assumptions specified by the Developer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

Examples of Optional Interconnection in a sentence

  • A sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • The Optional Interconnection Study Agreement shall include standard miscellaneous terms including, but not limited to, indemnities, representations, disclaimers, warranties, governing law, amendment, execution, waiver, enforceability and assignment, that reflect best practices in the electric industry, and that are consistent with regional practices, Applicable Laws and Regulations, and the organizational nature of each Party.

  • Transmission Provider shall utilize existing studies to the extent practicable in conducting the Optional Interconnection Study.

  • To the extent known by Transmission Provider, such estimate shall include any costs expected to be incurred by any Affected System whose participation is necessary to complete the Optional Interconnection Study.

Related to Optional Interconnection

  • Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.
