Optional Work definition

Optional Work means the work which may be described in Schedule B – Quotation Extracts as such;
Optional Work means T&M Consulting Services, Fixed Price Services and/or Additional Products, which may be provided by Contractor in accordance with Paragraph 17.2
Optional Work means activities and items listed under Section 3 of Annex C.

  • In the event of Optional Work Orders are not exercised, AV will transfer all assets to HAPSMobile.

  • Contractor must conduct all appropriate testing of the Solution before providing any Work hereunder, including Optional Work, to ensure the Solution’s continued compliance with all Solution Requirements set forth in this Contract.

  • From time to time, Contractor may be responsible for developing and incorporating into the Solution, Application Modifications in the form of Optional Work.

  • The Solution must be free of any material Deficiencies and Optional Work meets the requirements of the applicable work order.

  • The set of software mechanisms used for the transfer of electronic data and/or software commands among and between computer systems including the Solution and any interfaced system, networks, applications, modules and Users, and related Documentation, previously provided or to be provided by Contractor to the County during the entire Term of this Contract as part of Solution Implementation or Optional Work.


More Definitions of Optional Work

Optional Work means Application Modifications, Professional Services and/or Additional Products that may be provided by Contractor to County following Go-Live upon County’s request and approval in accordance with Task 11 (Optional Work) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work) and identified appropriately in Schedule B.1 (Optional Work Schedule).
Optional Work means the work described as such in Appendix 1 – Optional Work that may be included in the Work at the election of the Owner;
Optional Work. – means Work which may be described in the Schedule of Quantities and Prices that will be undertaken and included in the Work at the election of the Owner.””
Optional Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12 (Optional Work) of the Agreement.
Optional Work has the meaning provided in Section 13.01(b) hereof.
Optional Work means Optional Products and/or Optional Services, which may be provided by Contractor to County following the applicable Final Acceptance pursuant to Paragraph 5.2 (Optional Work) below.
Optional Work means Future Interfaces and/or Professional Services, which may be provided by Contractor to County following Clinical Live upon mutual agreement in accordance with Task 9 (Optional Work) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work) and identified appropriately in Attachment A.6 (Optional Work).
