Options on Futures definition

Options on Futures which means that, upon exercise by the buyer, both the buyer and seller of the option acquire a position in the underlying DGCX commodity futures contract. This will entail the risks and liabilities for margin described in Paragraphs 3 & 4 above.
Options on Futures means puts or calls on a futures contract traded on or subject to the rules of a contract market designated by the CFTC or traded on or subject to the rules of any board of trade located outside the United States, its territories, or possessions.
Options on Futures means options to purchase or sell Futures Contracts.

  • For example, where CME Licensed Information constitutes Futures and Options on Futures Information, if Subscriber has ten (10) Devices that are enabled to access the CBOT DCM and five (5) of those Devices are also enabled to access the NYMEX DCM, then Subscriber must report ten (10) Devices for CBOT and five (5) Devices for NYMEX.
