Order Flow definition

Order Flow means the current daily subscriptions for Shares from buyers other than ReFlow less redemptions from shareholders other than ReFlow.

Examples of Order Flow in a sentence

  • Payment for Order Flow is compensation paid to a brokerage firm by another Broker/Dealer in return for directing some customer orders for execution.

  • If the error is discovered prior to the Auction, the Fund shall amend its Order Flow Report to reflect the corrected information.

  • After all Participating Funds have submitted their Order Flow Reports, ReFlow shall conduct the Auction.

  • If the Fund has reported an error in its Order Flow Report, it must be reported to ReFlow immediately after the Fund discovers the error.

  • If the Fund reports net inflows in its Order Flow Report and ReFlow holds Shares of the Fund, ReFlow shall automatically redeem an amount of Shares equal to the lesser of (a) the net number of shares sold as reported in the Order Flow Report; or (b) the number of shares owned by ReFlow.

Related to Order Flow

  • Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • IVR means Interactive Voice Response system;

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.
