For each Origin Point, Company shall provide Carrier with a written schedule by the tenth Day of the Month preceding the Month during which injections into the Pipeline are to be made, advising Carrier of the volumes of each Commodity to be tendered for transportation, and estimated date(s) of such tenders.
Shipper will ensure that all of its Products tendered at the Origin Point for transportation on the Pipeline System meet the applicable specifications for the Product as set forth in the Tariff (as defined below) (the “Specifications”).
