Origin Point definition

Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
Origin Point means the point where physical custody of Product is transferred from Shipper to Carrier, such point being the inlet delivery connection to Carrier’s facilities where Product from an originating facility or an interconnected pipeline is injected into Carrier’s facilities.

Examples of Origin Point in a sentence

  • For each Origin Point, Company shall provide Carrier with a written schedule by the tenth Day of the Month preceding the Month during which injections into the Pipeline are to be made, advising Carrier of the volumes of each Commodity to be tendered for transportation, and estimated date(s) of such tenders.

  • Shipper will ensure that all of its Products tendered at the Origin Point for transportation on the Pipeline System meet the applicable specifications for the Product as set forth in the Tariff (as defined below) (the “Specifications”).

  • During the Term of this Schedule, Shipper agrees that all of its Product delivered at the Origin Point at the Refinery will meet the applicable flow and pressure requirements of the Pipeline System.

Origin Point means the origin point(s) provided in this Tariff.
