All interconnection or related agreements requiring the oversight of the TRA between the Licensee and any Other Licensed Operator shall be submitted for review and/or approval by the TRA.

Delivery Confirmation A notification, sent by Dawiyat Integrated to the Other Licensed Operator, informing the latter of whether Target Delivery Date will be met or not.
Customer Delay Any delay that is caused by the Other Licensed Operator not realising its responsibilities.
