  • Recipient shall notify Discloser immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of CCI, or any breach of this Agreement by Recipient or Other Recipients, and will cooperate with Discloser in every reasonable way to assist Discloser in regaining possession of the CCI and preventing its further unauthorized use.
