  • The Backup Advancing Agent shall notify the Other Servicer and Other Backup Advancing Agent with respect to each Other Securitization Trust of the amount of any Monthly Payment Advance made by it pursuant to this Section 7.6 within two (2) Business Days of making such Advance.
