Purchaser shall provide (or cause to be provided) at the Site: (a) suitable roads, access, egress, laydown and storage areas for the Equipment and other Work, and parking all as more particularly described in Attachment 17 (“Site Layout”), and (b) water, electric power, and other utilities all as more particularly described in Attachment 18 (“Description of Water, Electric Power and Other Utilities Required by Seller”).
