Outside Delivery Date definition

Outside Delivery Date means for each Phase of the Premises, the date set forth on the attached Exhibit C, by which the Applicable Delivery Date for such Phase shall have occurred, which date shall be extended one (1) day for each day of Tenant Delay and/or delay by a Force Majeure Event.
Outside Delivery Date means one (1) year after the Effective Date.
Outside Delivery Date means the date that is specified in Appendix 2A.

Examples of Outside Delivery Date in a sentence

  • If Landlord is unable to deliver possession of the Leased Premises ready for occupancy at the Outside Delivery Date, Landlord will not be liable for any damage, Tenant waives any claims or causes of action against Landlord relating to the delay, and this Lease will become voidable at the option of Landlord.

  • If the Leased Premises are not ready for occupancy within 60-days after the Outside Delivery Date, Tenant will have the right to terminate and cancel this Lease and all obligations of Landlord and Tenant under this Lease by delivery of written notice to Landlord.

  • If Landlord is unable to deliver possession of the Leased Premises ready for occupancy at the Outside Delivery Date, no Rent will be payable by Tenant to Landlord for any pro rata portion of the Lease Term prior to actual delivery to Tenant of possession of the Leased Premises ready for occupancy.

  • Landlord shall deliver each Phase of the Premises to Tenant, with each of the Delivery Conditions satisfied, not later than the Outside Delivery Date specified for such Phase in the schedule attached as Exhibit C.

  • From and after the date hereof, Sublessor shall, at its sole cost and expense (except as otherwise expressly provided herein), use its best efforts to achieve Construction Commencement on or before the Outside Construction Commencement Date and Substantial Completion on or prior to the Outside Delivery Date.


More Definitions of Outside Delivery Date

Outside Delivery Date means December 31, 2008, extended one day for each day of Sublessee Delay, but not extended for delays resulting from Force Majeure.
