OVERDRAFTS OR INDEBTEDNESS Sample Clauses
The "Overdrafts or Indebtedness" clause defines the terms under which a party may incur debts or exceed available funds, such as overdrawing a bank account or borrowing beyond agreed limits. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions for repayment, applicable interest rates, and any fees or penalties associated with overdrafts or outstanding debts. By clearly specifying the rights and obligations related to indebtedness, the clause helps manage financial risk and ensures both parties understand the consequences of exceeding credit or account limits.
