Overlapping Area is that part of a Yukon First Nation's Traditional Territory which overlaps the Traditional Territory of the Tr'▇▇▇▇▇ Hwëch'in.

  • If the Ta'an Kwach'an Council and an Overlapping Yukon First Nation reach agreement regarding the sharing of economic opportunities arising under this Agreement or under an Overlapping Yukon First Nation Final Agreement in an Overlapping Area, Government shall, at the request of both First Nations, enter into discussions with a view to achieving an interim administrative arrangement under 8.2 with respect to economic opportunities.
