  • With respect to each Property listed in the Owned and Leased Properties Spreadsheet, as well as any additional properties acquired by Agilent or a Subsidiary prior to the Operational Separation Date, any transfers, assignments, leases, subleases or leasebacks in connection with such properties shall, so far as the law in the jurisdiction in which such property is located permits, be on terms and conditions substantially the same as the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
