Packet One Network definition

Packet One Network means the P1 network which provides the Service to Subscriber;
Packet One Network means equipment, software and facilities operated by Packet One to enable the provision of the Service to Subscriber;

  • Subscriber shall be solely responsible for the data retrieved, stored or transmitted while using Service or Packet One Network.

  • Subscriber shall be fully responsible for all data, voice or any other telecommunications transmission through Packet One Network whether or not such transmission was with or without the knowledge or authority of Subscriber.

Related to Packet One Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
