Panel Contract definition

Panel Contract means arrangements entered into with more than one Contractor for the supply of Goods of similar type and nature.
Panel Contract means an agreement between the Lead Department and a Service Provider with respect to the provision of the Services under the Panel arrangements, and includes this Agreement. Service Providers means providers of legal services appointed by the State to one or more of the General Panel, the Commercial Projects Panel or a Specialist Panel from time to time, and includes the Service Provider as appointed under this Agreement.
Panel Contract means a type of framework agreement that governs the relationship between the agency and each panel supplier. It sets out the terms and conditions (including pricing) that the parties agree to contract on in the event that the panel supplier is allocated a contract to provide specific goods, services or works

Panel Contract means a contractual arrangement established with suppliers for the anticipated provision of goods, works or services, as and when required over a specified period of time (e.g. Vendor Panel).

  • Original Contract means the initial contract or price agreement solicited and awarded during a cooperative procurement by an administering contracting agency.
