Examples of Par Call Date in a sentence
- On or after the Par Call Date, the Issuer may redeem the Offered Securities, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the aggregate principal amount of any Offered Securities being redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date. 
- At any time on or after the Par Call Date, the Issuers may redeem some or all of the Notes at a redemption price equal to 100.000% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding, the redemption date.
