PARCEL BOUNDARIES definition
PARCEL BOUNDARIES. - means the property boundaries which bound the parcel as determined by the Development Officer;
PARCEL BOUNDARIES. - means the property edges as determined by the a certificate of title;
boundary means any lateral or street boundary of a site;
Site boundary means that line beyond which the land or property is not owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the licensee or registrant.
Natural Boundary means the visible high water mark of any lake, river, stream or other body of water where the presence and action of the water are so common and usual, and so long continued in all ordinary years, as to mark on the soil of the bed of the body of water a character distinct from that of its banks, in vegetation, as well as in the nature of the soil itself.
Parcel 2 means the land described on Exhibit B-1 to the Elm Road II Ground Lease.
Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.
