Parent Material Contract definition
Parent Material Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(a).

More Definitions of Parent Material Contract
Parent Material Contract means any Contract to which Parent or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, except for this Agreement or as expressly set forth below, that:
