Partial Exercise definition

Partial Exercise means an exercise of an Award for less than the full extent permitted at the time of such exercise.
Partial Exercise means an exercise with respect to less than all of the vested but unexercised Shares subject to Option held by the person exercising the Option.
Partial Exercise means any exercise of this Warrant for less than the Warrant Quantity on the date of such exercise.
