PARTIAL RETURNS. All CHRI results are destroyed after 48 hours. If the Police Department is asked to re-send results older than this, a new CHRI request and signed consent form must be submitted, the name(s) will have to be re-run, and a which will incur another charge for the Client. SERVICE INTERRUPTION SERVICE INTERRUPTION: The Police Department notifies the Client that from time to time, access by the Police Department to the GCIC computer may be interrupted to equipment failure, loss of power, software difficulties, and other events. The Police Department will work at resolving such interruptions due to service but cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control.
