If the Employer has elected the Participant Group Allocation method in the Adoption Agreement, each eligible Participant of the Employer will constitute a “separate allocation group” for purposes of allocating contributions.
Additionally, the Actual Deferral Percentage for the Highly Compensated Participant Group shall not exceed the Actual Deferral Percentage for the Nonhighly Compensated Participant Group multiplied by 2.
