The consent or approval of the Requisite Participating Noteholders to the Definitive Documents, or any other documents provided for under this Agreement, may be communicated to the Debtors by Stroock.
The agreements, representations and obligations of the Participating Noteholders under this Agreement are, in all respects, several and not joint.
