Lessor has the right to include the charges for the use of the aircraft loading and unloading positions serving the Passenger Terminal Building, (herein referred to as "Aircraft Loading Positions" in the singular as well as in the plural form;) in the Landing Fee Rate, or to negotiate a separate rental, or use charge, therefor, at any time that the Landing Fee rate is established.
