Pay for definition

Pay for means that the seller receives cash, a credit card number, a debit authorization, a check or a money order.
Pay for when used with respect to the Notes shall refer to such Note, or the funding of a Note Increase, as appropriate, (b) references to (i) Olympic and (ii) ORFC herein shall refer to Arcadia Financial Ltd. ("Arcadia") and Arcadia Receivables Finance Corp. ("ARFC"), respectively, and (c) all provisions of this Note Purchase Agreement shall be interpreted consistently with (a) and (b) above.

Examples of Pay for in a sentence

  • Pay for vacation days for all bargaining unit employees shall be the same as that which the employee would have received had he/she been in a working status.

  • Pay for part-time employees will be pro-rated based on the ratio of their equivalent workweek compared to that of a full-time employee.

  • Pay for such leave shall be at the straight-time rate for the hours scheduled for each workday lost because of such absence.

  • Pay for the unused accumulated vacation leave shall be in a lump sum addition to the employee's last paycheck.

  • An Employee shall be paid the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay for attendance at Committee meetings.

  • Pay for any day of such absence shall be the same as the pay which would have been received had the employee served during the day.

  • Pay for such purposes shall not exceed thirty (30) days in any one fiscal year and shall be paid only for the employee’s regularly scheduled workdays that fall within the thirty (30) calendar days.

  • Pay for such vacation shall be of the employee's earnings for the twelve-month period ending June 30th of the current year.

  • Seller hereby assigns, transfers and conveys to Buyer all of its rights and interests under the Contracts that are identified on Exhibit A to the Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto.

  • Pay for work in a higher classification shall not be utilized as a substitute for regular promotional procedures provided in this MOU.

Related to Pay for

  • Pay Period means a two (2) calendar week period beginning on a Sunday and ending on the second Saturday thereafter.

  • Pay Day means a specific day or date established by the employer on which wages are paid for hours worked during a pay period.

  • FILOT Payments means the amount paid or to be paid in lieu of ad valorem property taxes as provided herein.

  • Distribution Payment Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 2(b) of Annex I.

  • Installment Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(ii).
