Payee Statement is a statement you received from a Payee indicating the amount you must pay to the Payee. "Payment Instruction" is the information you provide to us through the Service instructing that a payment should be made to a Payee, which includes, (in addition to other information), your Payee Account Number, Payee name, Payee address, Payee phone number, the amount of the payment and the Scheduled Payment Date.
