Performance Based Condition definition
Performance Based Condition or “PBC” means with respect of Category (2), each of the conditions related to said Category as set forth in the table in Schedule 4 to this Agreement, and “Performance-Based Conditions” or “PBCs” means, collectively, more than one such Performance Based Condition or PBC.
Performance Based Condition or “PBC” means any of the conditions referred to in Schedule 4 to this Agreement. “Performance-Based Conditions” or “PBCs” means the plural thereof.

None of the Granted PBRSUs (or any portion thereof) shall be “vested” for purposes of this Agreement unless and until both the Time-Based Condition and the Performance- Based Condition for such Granted PBRSUs are satisfied.

Performance Based Condition or “PBC” means any one of the conditions set out in the table in Schedule 4 to this Agreement for the purposes of Part 2 of the Project.
Performance Based Condition and the acronym “PBC” means each of the disbursement-linked targets/results set forth in the table in Schedule 3 to this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, the dates stated in the respective columns are temporal references for the achievement of any such PBC are provided for indicative purposes only, and unless otherwise expressly or implicitly required by the wording of a given PBC, the PBC can be achieved in advance or after such indicative period.
