Performance-Based Restricted Stock definition

Performance-Based Restricted Stock means Shares issued or transferred to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.2.
Performance-Based Restricted Stock means Restricted Stock that is subject to a risk of forfeiture if specified performance criteria are not met within the restriction period.

More Definitions of Performance-Based Restricted Stock

Performance-Based Restricted Stock means Shares of Restricted Stock issued or transferred to an Eligible Individual under Section 10.2.
Performance-Based Restricted Stock means the Executive’s restricted stock (including “restricted stock units” or other rights to receive common stock of the Corporation) that is validly issued under any of the Corporation’s equity incentive plans, outstanding as of the Effective Date and subject to performance-based vesting.
