Performance Interval definition

Performance Interval means the interval defined from and including a Performance Interval Point (a “Starting Interval Point”) to, but excluding, the immediately following Performance Interval Point (an “Ending Performance Interval” and each Performance Interval is denoted by m)
Performance Interval means a percentage of the Company’s prior year revenue that, added to or subtracted from the Target EBITDAR, results in a multiple in the range of 2.0 to 0.0. This interval, along with the Target Adjusted EBITDAR, which is at 1.0 in the range, shall determine the payout multiple curve.

Examples of Performance Interval in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the provisioning intervals set forth in subsection 11.9 and the Performance Criteria and Performance Interval Dates set forth in subsection 26.1 and Schedule 26, respectively, shall not apply to Loops provided under this subsection 11.7.2.

  • Within forty-eight (48) hours of BA’s receipt of such valid service order, BA shall provide Level 3 the firm order commitment date according to the Performance Interval Dates set forth in Schedule 26.1 by which the Loops covered by such service order will be installed.

Related to Performance Interval

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance Compensation Award.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Performance Date means June 30, 2027. If the Locality, in consultation with VEDP, deems that good faith and reasonable efforts have been made and are being made by the Company to achieve the Targets, on or before the Performance Date the Locality may request an extension of the Performance Date by up to 15 months. Any extension of the Performance Date shall require the prior approval of the Company and the Board of Directors of VEDP (the “Board”). If the Performance Date is extended, the Locality shall send written notice of the extension to the Authority, the Company and VEDP and the date to which the Performance Date has been extended shall be the “Performance Date” for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
