Performance Level definition
Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

Examples of Performance Level in a sentence
As of the Closing Date, the Seller shall cause each Transferred Employee to immediately vest (at the applicable Performance Level for performance-based equity awards) in a pro-rated portion of each outstanding Seller equity award held by such Transferred Employee immediately prior to the Closing (based on the period of time elapsed from the equity award’s grant date or vesting commencement date, as applicable, through the Closing Date).
More Definitions of Performance Level
Performance Level means the pay out amounts (whether in cash or Stock Awards) based upon the satisfaction of one or more performance criteria as determined by the Board of Directors or Compensation Committee.
Performance Level means the level of performance achieved by the Company during a measurement period (generally, the Performance Period) based on the TSR Percentile and the Adjusted EPS Percentile for such period, which shall determine the percentage of Target PSUs that will vest, as set forth in paragraph 4.

Performance Level shall have the meaning ascribed to such term within the definition of “Applicable Margin”.
