Performance Management System definition

Performance Management System means the Software, the Program Documentation and the Media.

Performance Management System means the Department’s performance management system which establishes individual performance expectations that algin with the business and corporate goals and priorities and requires ongoing and regular feedback through discussions between managers and employees. Probation - means a period of 6 months when an employee is first employed, which allows either the employer or the employee to terminate the employment for any reason. The purpose of a probationary period is for both parties to decide whether the employee is suited to the position and/or employer's business. PS Act — means the Public Service Act 1999.

Performance Management System means the performance management system and approach as set out in the Specification and as may be agreed and reviewed by the parties from time to time to continuously improve the performance of the Services; Plant means the equipment, including machinery, tools, instruments, and fixtures and the buildings containing them, necessary for and used by the Supplier to deliver the Services; Price means the amount charged by the Supplier in consideration of any of the Services supplied under this Contract and calculated in accordance with Schedule 5 (Payment and Performance); Prohibited Act means: engaging in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 4 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 if such activity, practice or conduct were carried out in the United Kingdom; offering, giving or agreeing to give to any servant of the Authority any gift or consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward: for doing or not doing (or for having done or not having done) any act in relation to the obtaining or performance of this Contract or any other contract with the Authority; or for showing or not showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to this Contract or any other contract with the Authority; or entering into this Contract or any other contract with the Authority in connection with which commission has been paid or has been agreed to be paid by the Supplier or on its behalf, or to its knowledge, unless before the relevant contract is entered into particulars of any such commission and of the terms and conditions of any such contract for the payment thereof have been disclosed in writing to the Authority; or committing any offence: under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; under the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889‑1916; under Legislation creating offences in respect of fraudulent acts; or at common law in respect of fraudulent acts in relation to this Contract or any other contract with the Authority; or defrauding or attempting to defraud or conspiring to defraud the Authority (including offences by the Supplier under Part 3 of the Criminal Finances Act 2017)

Performance Management System means a formal

Performance Management System means the system for measuring and benchmarking performance referred to in clause 9 and further described in Schedule 3.

Performance Management System has the meaning given to it in Clause 22.10.12.
