Performance Management System definition

Performance Management System means a documented process which the Principal may, pursuant to clause 3.8, require the Contractor to comply with in Stage Two, that measures the Contractor’s performance to ensure that all activities and outputs associated with carrying out the Works meets the Principal’s goals in an effective and efficient manner;
Performance Management System means the Software, the Program Documentation and the Media.
