Applicant will be eligible to earn incentives under the DLM Program (particularly, Reservation Payments and Performance Payments) for qualifying Aggregations, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by this Agreement.
For Test Events, the kWh of Load Relief used to calculate Performance Payments will not exceed the product of the Aggregation’s Portfolio Quantity and the length of the Test Event.
If at the time of enrollment on the DR Portal a Customer is not billed by the Company using an Interval Meter, then the Interval Meter (with telecommunications) must be in place by the time that the Company has to determine Applicant’s performance in providing Load Relief in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including with regard to the calculation of Reservation Payments and Performance Payments.
The maximum amount of Performance Payments We will make to You in respect of this Performance Objective B is £500 per calendar year.
Where the total of the Performance Payments in any Payment Period is greater than the amount You owe Us under Your Bill, We will set off the Performance Payments against the following Quarter’(s) Bills (where the amount also exceeds the following Quarter’s Bill(s) then the total of Performance Payments will continue to be set off against subsequent Bills until the Performance Payment has been netted to zero).
