Performance Payments definition

Performance Payments means any sum over and above the relevant Contract Price which is payable to the Provider in accordance with a Performance Payment Arrangement.
Performance Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 1.06(a).

Examples of Performance Payments in a sentence

  • Applicant will be eligible to earn incentives under the DLM Program (particularly, Reservation Payments and Performance Payments) for qualifying Aggregations, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by this Agreement.

  • For Test Events, the kWh of Load Relief used to calculate Performance Payments will not exceed the product of the Aggregation’s Portfolio Quantity and the length of the Test Event.

More Definitions of Performance Payments

Performance Payments means the payments to be made to the Project Implementing Entity as incentive for achieving the performance targets set out in the Development Financing Agreement for Performance Enhancement.
