All unvested Restricted Stock Units will be forfeited on the Employment Termination Date if your employment terminates prior to the Certification Date for any reason other than (I) by the Company or a Subsidiary, as applicable, without Cause after the end of the Performance Period, (II) by reason of your Disability (when Cause does not then exist) or your death, or (III) for Cause.
