Performance Point definition

Performance Point means the Network Rail Performance Point or the Nexus Performance Point, as the context requires;
Performance Point means a point accruing on the occurrence of a Contract Delivery Indicator as defined in Schedule 6 (Contract Delivery Indicators);
Performance Point means each point accruing on the occurrence of a Performance Measure, as more particularly set out in Schedule F;

Examples of Performance Point in a sentence

  • For each phase of the Implementation Period, the Test Success Criteria for: each Test that the Service Provider must Achieve for the ATP Milestone or a Contract Performance Point (“CPP”) Milestone, are set out in Annex 4; and all other Tests shall be agreed between the Parties as part of the relevant Test Plan pursuant to paragraph 5.

  • Nothing in clause Consequences shall affect any entitlement to make Unavailability Deductions or Performance Point Deductions during the period in which the Relief Event is subsisting.

  • Data Quality, System Performance, Point in Time, and APR/CAPER/Funding Reports will be run as needed by the System Administrator.

  • The Contractor shall return to the Authority on demand (if, and to the extent the Authority requires) the aggregate sum of all Reclaimable Milestone Payments in the event this agreement is terminated by the Authority pursuant to clause 56.1 (Termination for Cause by the Authority) prior to the Contractor Performance Point.

  • Appropriate tests will need to be in place to confirm the successful Achievement of all Milestones, including Authority to Proceed and the Contract Performance Point.


More Definitions of Performance Point

Performance Point means a point accruing on the occurrence of a Custodial Service Failure as set out in the column headed ‘Performance Points’ in the tables in paragraph 6 of Schedule 6 (Contract Delivery Indicators);
Performance Point means a de-merit point awarded to the Project Co in respect of a Performance Point Event and calculated pursuant to paragraph 4;
Performance Point means a point accrued by the Supplier as a result of a failure to meet a CDI, such points shall be calculated in accordance with Annex A to Schedule 10 (Performance Mechanism).
Performance Point means each point accruing on the occurrence of a Performance Measure, as more particularly set out in Schedule F; Performance Quarter means each of the four successive periods of three calendar months during the Performance Year; Performance Year means the year commencing on the first day of the first month following Full Operation Date and each year commencing on each anniversary of such day; Permitted Level means on any date the aggregate of:
Performance Point means each point accruing on the occurrence of a Performance Measure, as more particularly set out in Schedule H; Performance Year means in respect of the first Performance Year, the period commencing on the date of commencement of the Full Operation Period (as determined in accordance with Clause 25 (Full Operation Period)) and ending on the last day of the fourth Quarter Month following the date of commencement of the Full Operation Period, and thereafter shall be each period of one year commencing on the day following the last day of the previous Performance Year; Permit to Use shall mean the Permit described in Clause 29 (Permit to Use); Person means any individual, firm, company, partnership, corporation, joint venture, association, trust, unincorporated association, agency, Government department or agency of the Crown (whether or not having separate legal personality); Personal Data shall have the same meaning as Section 1(1) of the Data Protection ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and for the purpose of the Contract shall be limited to personal data which is processed under or in connection with the Contract; Phase-in Period means the period defined in Clause 32 (Phase-in Period);
Performance Point has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement.

Related to Performance Point

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Corridor means the acceptable range of results around a Performance Target;
