Performance Tests definition

Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.
Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.
Performance Tests means such tests as are prescribed in the ‘Specification’, to be done by the vendor before the Plant is taken over under guarantee by the owner/ purchaser.

Examples of Performance Tests in a sentence

  • Contractor shall promptly provide Notice to Owner in writing that such corrective measures have been completed and shall specify in such Notice the date on which the LNG Production System or the Facility will be ready for the Performance Tests to be rerun.

  • Upon such rejection, Contractor shall as soon as practicable under the circumstances, but in no case later than the commencement of the Performance Tests, remedy any such condition identified by Owner as giving rise to such rejection.

  • In addition, the Work includes all that should be included and all that would be customarily included within the general scope of the Work in order to complete the Facility (excluding the supply of Owner Furnished Equipment and Materials and performance of the Owner Scope of Work) according to the requirements of this Agreement, including Applicable Codes and Standards, applicable Laws, the requirements for the Performance Tests and the Permits.

  • The Contractor’s Representative shall have full authority to represent Contractor and to acknowledge Defects or Deficiencies in the Facility, direct the proper conduct of remedial actions relating to the performance of the Facility and the execution of the Performance Tests.


More Definitions of Performance Tests

Performance Tests means the tests performed (including any repetition thereof) to determine whether the Project meets the Performance Guarantee and/or Minimum Acceptance Criteria set forth in Attachment T, which tests shall be as specified in and consistent with Attachment S.
Performance Tests means all tests to be carried out by contractor as per specifications prior to installation being taken over by Bank under guarantee.
