Performance Units Earned definition

Performance Units Earned means the number of Units of the Company (or cash equivalent) earned by a Participant following the conclusion of an Incentive Period in which one or more of Company Performance Objectives was met at the “Threshold” level or a higher level, as determined under Section 2.3.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, payment of Performance Units Earned in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3 will be distributed as soon as practicable after the end of the Award Cycle.

  • The following definitions shall apply to the determination of the Relative TSR Percentage of Target Performance Units Earned as set forth in Section 2 of the Grant Agreement.

  • Such portion shall equal the number of Performance Units Earned that would have been earned by the Participant had the Participant remained employed through the end of the Award Cycle, multiplied by the quotient equal to the number of full fiscal months the Participant was employed during the Award Cycle, divided by the total number of fiscal months in the Award Cycle.

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.
