Permanent Number Portability definition

Permanent Number Portability. (PNP) is a long term method of providing LNP using LRN.
Permanent Number Portability or “PNP” means the use of a database or other technical solution that comports with regulations issued by the FCC to provide LTNP for all customers and service providers.
