Permanent Structures definition

Permanent Structures means a fixed structure on the public highway that is not removed at the end of the trading day.The council’s highways department does not support the introduction of permanent structures on the public highway in front of shops and cafes. Only shop front trading stalls; tables and chairs will be licensed. No other paraphernalia is to be licensed.
