Personal Property Security Act definition

Personal Property Security Act means the Personal Property Security Act of the Province of Ontario (or of any other applicable province or territory of Canada), as such legislation may be amended, renamed or replaced from time to time, and includes all regulations from time to time made under such legislation.
Personal Property Security Act means the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario), as amended from time to time, or in the case of any tangible asset located in a Canadian province other than Ontario, the corresponding statute in that province.
Personal Property Security Act or “PPSA” means the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario) and the regulations thereunder, as from time to time in effect, provided, however, if attachment, perfection or priority of Agent’s security interests in any Collateral are governed by the personal property security laws of any jurisdiction other than Ontario, PPSA shall mean those personal property security laws in such other jurisdiction for the purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such attachment, perfection or priority and for the definitions related to such provisions.

Personal Property Security Act means the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario) and other personal property security legislation of the applicable Canadian province or provinces in respect of the Borrower or the Collateral (including the Civil Code of Quebec and the regulation respecting the registration of personal and movable real rights promulgated thereunder) as all such legislation now exists or may from time to time hereafter be amended, modified, recodified, supplemented or replaced, together with all rules, regulations and interpretations thereunder or related thereto.
Personal Property Security Act and “PPSA” means the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario) and any successor or replacement legislation thereto, together with the personal property security laws or laws relating to movable property applicable in any province or territory of Canada.
Personal Property Security Act means the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario), provided, that, if perfection or the effect of perfection or non-perfection or the priority of any Lien created under any other Loan Document on the Collateral is governed by the personal property security legislation or other applicable legislation with respect to personal property security in effect in a jurisdiction in Canada other than the Province of Ontario, “PPSA” means the Personal Property Security Act or such other applicable legislation (including the Civil Code of Quebec) in effect from time to time in such other jurisdiction in Canada for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection, effect of perfection or non-perfection or priority, as such legislation may be amended, renamed or replaced from time to time, and includes all regulations from time to time made under such legislation.
