Phase I Development definition

Phase I Development means the development of at least one hundred twenty-one (121) units of housing, required offsite infrastructure improvements and parking constructed on the Phase I Parcel, all as more fully set forth in the Scope of Development.
Phase I Development means the Development operating with a primary cell and the Secondary Cell No. 1 as identified in Schedule A to this Licence, which are designed to treat a maximum organic loading of 61.2 kg BOD5 /day and a maximum hydraulic loading capacity of 43, 781 cubic metres over 230 days of storage period for a total design population of 610;
Phase I Development or “Phase I”) which will consist of a Tenant Facility consisting of a multi-story warehouse building with parking and landscaping on an approximately 78 acre portion of the Property;

Examples of Phase I Development in a sentence

  • In such event, Sunesis’ funding obligation under this Section 3.2.3 above shall apply only with respect to post Phase I Development Costs for activities conducted with respect to such Co-Funded Product prior to the effective date of such termination.

  • In the event that Sunesis elects to exercise its Co-Funding Option with respect to the Initial Territory for a particular Product pursuant to the preceding sentence, then Sunesis shall have the right to elect to fund a portion of post Phase I Development Costs of such Product in Japan, all in accordance with this Section 3.2.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the [**], and the [**], shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms with respect to transfers of materials and disclosures of information governed thereby prior to the Effective Date, but shall be superseded by this Agreement with respect to such transfers and disclosures occurring on or after the Effective Date.

  • Sunesis shall have the right, on a Product-by-Product basis, to elect to fund a portion of post Phase I Development Costs of Products specifically directed to the Collaboration Target in all countries worldwide other than Japan (the “Initial Territory”).

  • In the event Sunesis exercises its Co-Funding Option with respect to a Product, Sunesis shall be obligated to reimburse Biogen Idec for a percentage (the “Co-Funding Percentage”) of post Phase I Development Costs for such Product, subject to the provisions of this Section 3.2. It is understood and agreed that the Co-Funding Percentage shall initially be { * } percent ({ * }%) for each Co-Funded Product.

  • With respect to the improvements and obligations of the Developer under Phase I Development as expressed in the Phase I Development Plans and in the Annexation Agreement, as previously amended, Developer shall have no obligation to complete or guarantee such Phase I improvements.

  • For clarity, the allocation of Phase I Development Costs set forth in this Section 12.5 will apply regardless of whether Roche has exercised its Option Right for a Collaboration Target.

  • In the event that Sunesis elects to exercise its Co-Funding Option with respect to the Initial Territory for a particular Licensed Product pursuant to the preceding sentence, then Sunesis shall have the right to elect to fund a portion of post Phase I Development Costs of such Licensed Product in Japan, all in accordance with this Section 2.2.

  • Sunesis shall have the right, on a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, to elect to fund a portion of post Phase I Development Costs of a Licensed Product in all countries worldwide other than Japan (the “Initial Territory”); provided, however, that Sunesis shall not have the Co-Funding Option with respect to any Licensed Product directed against a Designated Target for which Sunesis has entered into a Phase II Drug Collaboration.

  • In such event, Sunesis’s funding obligation under this Section 2.2.3 above shall apply only with respect to post Phase I Development Costs for activities conducted with respect to such Co-Funded Product prior to the effective date of such termination.


More Definitions of Phase I Development

Phase I Development means the development operating with a primary cell and the secondary cell No. 1 as identified in Schedule A to this licence, which are designed to treat a maximum organic loading of 79 kg BOD5 /day and a maximum hydraulic loading capacity of 59,670 cubic metres over 230 days of storage period;
Phase I Development means the Development operating with 123 campsites (i.e., 105 existing campsites and 18 new campsites) as identified in Schedule A to this Licence, which is designed to generate a maximum hydraulic loading of 26,570 litres;
Phase I Development shall consist of the construction of: (i) new retail/restaurant space of not less than Twenty-five Thousand (25,000) square feet, which retail/restaurant space is depicted on Exhibit “B” as the “Retail/Restaurant Space”, and
Phase I Development means the development of a formulation of the Initial Licensed Product that has medically acceptable sensory and oral delivery characteristics.

Related to Phase I Development

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Clinical Development means the conduct of clinical trials in humans to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of the Product, including but not limited to Phase I Clinical Trials, Phase II Clinical Trials, Phase Ill Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials.
