Physical Collocation Space definition

Physical Collocation Space is the space provided for the Collocator’s physical collocation arrangement located within an SBC-13STATE Eligible Structure.
Physical Collocation Space is the space provided for ALPHEUS’ physical collocation arrangement located within an SWBT-TX Eligible Structure.

Examples of Physical Collocation Space in a sentence

  • Upon termination of such occupancy, CLEC, at its expense, shall remove its equipment and other property from the Physical Collocation Space.

  • CLEC may elect to be present whenever CBT performs work in the Physical Collocation Space.

  • Except in cases of emergency, CBT will give CLEC two (2) Business Days notice when access to the Physical Collocation Space is required.

  • CLEC shall have thirty (30) days from the termination date to complete such removal; provided, however, that CLEC shall continue payment of monthly fees to CBT until such date as CLEC has fully vacated the Physical Collocation Space.

  • CLEC shall select an equipment installation vendor which has been approved as a CBT certified vendor to perform all engineering and installation work required in the Physical Collocation Space.

  • SBC-13STATE will prorate the charge for site conditioning and preparation undertaken to construct or condition the Physical Collocation Space so the first Collocator in an SBC-13STATE Eligible Structure will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation.

  • Central Office, CEV, Hut or Cabinet containing Telecommunications Equipment), without requiring the construction of a cage or similar structure, and without requiring the creation of a separate entrance to Collocator’s Physical Collocation Space.

  • CLEC shall select an equipment installation vendor which has been approved as a CBT Certified Vendor to perform all engineering and installation work required in the Physical Collocation Space.

  • The Parties acknowledge that CLEC may have obtained use of Physical Collocation Space and SBC-13STATE-provided facilities/equipment therein pursuant to a Collocation Application(s) submitted to SBC-13STATE prior to the effective date of this Agreement (“CLEC’s Physical Collocation Embedded Base”).

Related to Physical Collocation Space

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost of the building.

  • Exhibition Space means any space in the Exhibition Centre licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organisers for the purpose of the Exhibition under these Terms and Conditions and shall include shell (ready stand) spaces and nonshell (raw) spaces.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and
